Custom Labels

BLEEDS Full bleeds are available on most labels at no additional cost. Setting up a square corner butt cut label with a bleed is not suggested. We may be able to set up a square corner label with a bleed for an additional charge, please ask your label representative for more details.
COLOR MATCH Custom color matches are available for an additional charge. Please specify the PANTONE number from a PANTONE color book. We can also match a current sample or printed piece. Custom color matches may be one shade lighter or darker of the specified color. Color Match: $40.00* Metallic Ink Color Match: $50.00* Fluorescent Ink Color Match: $50.00*
ROLLS Labels are supplied on rolls unless otherwise indicated. Standard roll sizes are 500 or 1000 labels per roll and on a 3” core. Labels may be finished into smaller rolls for an additional charge. Please see your label representative for more details. Dispenser boxes are available- ; for labels up to 1 ¼” the cost is $.35/ box, for labels up to 2 ¼” the cost is $.50/box.
SINGLES Most labels are available individually cut into singles. Single labels are stacked and shrink-wrapped into packs of 250. Singles Charge: $30.00*
PERFORATION Most die cut labels can be supplied with a perforation in between each label. Perforation Charge: $30.00*
LAMINATION Lamination is a clear poly "lm that is applied to the printed label. Lamination protects the label against handling, moisture, some chemicals, and abrasion. Lamination will not prevent the ink from fading. Lamination is charged as an additional ink color.

COMBINATION ORDERS Di$erent orders can be combined together to obtain quantity pricing. Combined labels must be the same size and the order must be placed at the same time. Change charges apply: Color Change(wash up): $15.00* Copy Change(spot color): $15.00* Stock Change: $15.00*
PROOFS Proofs are available as a .pdf via email or black and white copy via fax. Production turnaround timelines do not begin until proof is approved. A signed proof is required for all jobs requiring changes, typesetting and for all 4-color process orders. A $15.00* proof charge may apply. Please see your label representative for more details.
ARTWORK Either submit your art or we can typeset up to 10 lines for free. There is no charge for minor touch-ups, enlarging/ reducing or reproducing your camera or press ready art. Please see page 23 for more information regarding artwork specifications. Extensive artwork will be billed at $30.00* per 15 minutes of work. Most barcodes can be created and tested at no charge.
PRINTING PLATES There is no charge for printing plates on most orders. However, some larger size labels or complex printing jobs may require a plate charge. You will be notified before production if a plate charge is necessary.
OVER-RUNS AND UNDER-RUNS We do our very best to ship each job exactly as ordered, however, we reserve the right by industry standards to over-run or under-run orders by 10%. This will constitute a complete order. If exact quantities are critical, please ask your label representative. Additional charges may apply.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS Any change in quantity, copy, color or stock may be made depending upon the stage of the order. These changes may require new pricing or a charge for work incurred. Cancelled orders will be subject to all charges for materials, artwork, and services incurred at the time of cancellation.
