Diver's Daily Vehicle Inspection Report for Truck Tractor Trailer Drivers. It helps to comply with operating safety rules which they should abide by. The Vehicle Inspection Form is a carbonless 2-part, 3 part, 4 part or 5 part, 8½" x 511½" driver form. The Vehicle Inspection Report enables compliance with 49 CFR Part 396.11 which requires drivers of commercial vehicles to prepare daily reports listing defects or deficiencies which may affect safe operation. Every driver should complete the vehicle inspection form daily.
