Custom Printed Stay Flat Mailers are used to mail documents, paperwork, products, and other items that need to be secured in a flat position during the shipping or mailing process. Good examples would be a photograph, certificate, electronics, manuals, books, documents, etc. This envelope is made from a rigid card stock paper material that is firm and sturdy. It is an ideal packaging for shipping certain products where the hard paperboard material helps to protect the content inside.
It is custom printed with artwork to personalize and highlight the brand name. A template is available in Ai or PDF for you to follow the correct guidelines to prepare the artwork for printing. Print in four-color process, single PMS colors, heavy coverage, and full bleeds. The stay-flat mailer comes with a tear strip - adhesive tape to close the flap easily.
Specs: 10 1/2" x 12 3/4". Holds up to 1" and stays flat as capacity increases. Can be used to mail most 9" x 12" type folders. See companion Conformer® folder 08-65.
