Custom printed paperboard mailers are thick card stock envelopes used to mail items flat and help to prevent bending. It is made from a sturdy card stock paper material that is firm. The basic paper stocks are Semi-Gloss 12 PT C1S, 14 PT C1S, Smooth White 80lb, or Marble Crush White. They present different textures for the surface finish. There are many other customized paper finishes available like linen, felt, and fiber.

These paperboard mailers are customized and with your unique artwork printed four-color process, single PMS colors, heavy coverage, and full bleeds. Personalization gives you the opportunity to promote your business and brand name. Use this or select from one of the other packaging solutions to create a custom mailer that is effective for your business. The mail jacket is the first thing the customer sees before opening the packet for a product. This presents a great chance for you to draw attention and leave a lasting impression. Create a totally custom format with options of custom sizes, colors, die-cut windows, special seal, etc.

Specs: 10 1/2" x 12 3/4". Holds up to 1" and stays flat as capacity increases. Can be used to mail most 9" x 12" type folders. See companion Conformer® folder 08-65.
Custom Printed: Printed, foil stamped, or embossed. 
A Free coating on print orders: Choice of overall gloss, satin, or matte aqueous. Additional charge for Lamination, UV, Spot, and Soft Touch.
Art: Follow art guidelines and submit art on template.
Stock: Base stocks included in price. (Semi-Gloss 12 PT C1S or 14 PT C1S, Smooth White 80lb, or Marble Crush White). Additional charge for other stock groups. See color chart. Custom stocks are not a problem.
