How To Use A Bakery Order Form
This form is used to take orders for products sold by a bakery. It is printed on carbonless paper with multiple parts or copies to give to the customer and for your record keeping. It is glued at the top with two holes punched so that the forms can be placed in a holder or register. The bakery order form is used to take the order but it is also used as an invoice in the transaction. Let's say a customer calls in to place an order for a Chrismas Cake. You would use this form to write down their name, address, and phone number. You would also write the details of the order like the quantity, size, color, ingredients and other information involved in making this cake. The blank space at the bottom gives you additional space to write more information or notes. The price, taxes, deposits, and balance due is also written to complete the order. When the job is done and you deliver the cake, this same form is now an invoice to collect the payment due.
The printing includes a free logo and personalization with your business name and address. It is also consecutively numbered and has the image of a cake faded in the background.
