We print auto body repair order forms on 3-part carbonless paper to produce multiple copies for you and your customers. This work order form is used to schedule jobs related to the repair of automotive body parts. It is written up with instructions for the technician to complete a job. It is preprinted with sections for you to write information related to the customer and the vehicle such as year, make, model, license plate number, mileage, parts, materials, and description of work to be done. It also includes areas for all the related prices, quantities, and total amounts. There are additional spaces for the name of an adjuster, name of an insurance company, claim number, and checkboxes. (for cash, check, credit card, and other payments). This form is written up as a work order, it shows the estimate, and can be presented to the customer as an invoice or receipt when the job is completed.
