You have the option to personalize it with your company logo, business name, and address. The form is made from carbonless paper with multiple parts or copies. The packing list shows the quantity ordered, quantity shipped, and description. It does not show the costs or value therefore it is ideal for situations where the contents will be sent further to a third-party, such as a customer or vendor.

Can the invoice and packing list be combined?

Yes especially in the case of commercial invoice for international shipment. It can prove to be more efficient by lowing the number of documentations. It may not be a good idea to merge the two if you are shipping freight locally where the package will be sent to a third party where you do not want them to see the costs, value, or other information.

Is a packing list an invoice?

No. The packing list is not an invoice. Does not show the cost, rates, prices, totals, etc. It shows a description of the content of a package.
