Our backflow inspection tags are a great way to keep track of your backflow inspections. They are made of durable vinyl and are water-resistant. The tags have a hole punched in them so they can be easily attached to your backflow preventer. The tags are available in a variety of colors and can be customized with your company name and logo.

(Request a Price Quote for 15pt Tyvek outdoor material) Corners: Clipped corners Hole: Reinforced paper patch hole Ink Color: Black Ink or PMS color for the front and back Attachment: 12" 26G wire attachment can be attached for an additional cost (other options include strings and transfer tape.) Artwork Template: You can edit and use this template or provide a high-resolution print-ready PDF file. We can create one for you at no additional cost. Package: Sold in 1,000 Tags per Pack.
